Dalton seeks mayor, one council member

The city of Dalton Gardens is accepting applications to fill the vacancy for mayor and one council member.

The appointment will be for the remainder of the term, which expires at the end of this year.

Experience in government, knowledge of management, finance and budgeting, human resources, familiarity with technology, city codes, and an ability to work collaboratively to accomplish tasks is helpful.

Applicants must own property and must have resided in Dalton Gardens for at least one year. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Applications are available at City Hall 6360 N. Fourth St. or on its website www.daltongardens.com.
