Patricia Jean Bragg, 61

Patricia Jean Bragg, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away on Sept. 7, 2018, at the age of 61. She died at Hospice of North Idaho after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by family and friends.

Pat was born on May 23, 1957, in Lacey, Wash., to Cecil Grant and Bonnie (Engle) Grant. Her father’s career in the Army allowed Pat and her family to move throughout most of the 50 states, including Alaska when it was still a territory, as well as the opportunity to live in Germany and the Philippines. Her family settled in Coeur d’Alene in 1972. She graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School and had a lifelong love for theater and the arts. She found the greatest fulfilment in helping others and loving her grandkids.

She is survived by her partner, John Spradling; her children and their spouses, Monica and Jason Adams and Mike and Kalynn Nelson; as well as five grandchildren, Devon, Natasha, Liz, Blake and Shawn. She is also survived by her father, Cecil and her brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Carrie Grant, Tracy and Anne Grant and Martin Grant. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie.

There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, at Mountain Lakes Bible Church in Coeur d’Alene.
