Mackenzie, Joshua G., 30, Cochrane, Alberta, rape and sexual battery, no bond.

Ward, Brandy L., 27, Spokane, compounding felony/misdemeanor, no bond.

Wilson, Cody J., 19, Hayden, probation violation, no bond.

Wolf, Matthew S., 24, Post Falls, probation violation, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Stiles, Peggy L., 51, Post Falls, driving without privileges, $5,000.

Gravelle, Rachel N., 23, Bonners Ferry, paraphernalia with intent to use, $2,000.

Thomas, Nicole J., 39, Post Falls, giving false information to law enforcement, $1,000.

Hoffeld, Hunter W., 19, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation, $1,000.

Simmons, Adam D., 40, Rathdrum, driving without privileges, 4 days jail.

Wood, Stephen J., 40, Coeur d’Alene, invalid drivers license, $500.

Adams, Heather L., 39, DUI, 4 days jail.

Smith, Solone M., 19, Spokane, DUI, $4,000.
