NOTICE OF APPLICATION The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare's HIV, STD and Hepatitis Section is offering funding for one (1) subgrant award to implement system-level policy change within their health setting aimed at increasing screening and detection of hepatitis C (HCV) among the baby boomer population, and link newly diagnosed patients with HCV to medical care in Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai and Shoshone counties of Idaho over a one-year period. The total funding level is $30,000 for the project period of November 1, 2018 - October 31, 2019.
