BASE BUDGET ELECTION CITY OF HAYDEN - ORDINANCE NO. 587 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HAYDEN, IDAHO CALLING FORA BASE BUDGET INCREASE ELECTION TO BE HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF HAYDEN, IDAHO, A PROPOSITION FOR THE INCREASE OF THE BUDGET BEYOND THREE PERCENT, AND THE LEVY OF A TAX TO FUND SUCH BASE BUDGET INCREASE.
