ENGLISH: For Idaho Senate

In a time of such intense partisanship, we need a leader. We need someone who is guided by serving the interests of all of us with reason, wisdom, integrity and a strong desire to work for the well-being of our community and state. Such a person is Cory English, candidate for the Idaho State Senate.

I have known Cory for over 40 years, and in that time I have never been disappointed by her actions or her words. She is quietly thoughtful, a diligent worker, open to the concerns and views of others, and would be able to work well with members of both parties. Cory is solidly grounded in Idaho values. Her concerns include improvements in public education, improving access to quality healthcare, protecting our public lands and keeping them available for public use, and fair wages and fair taxes.

In her career as a physical therapist Cory did the necessary research to get precise, accurate information needed to treat patients properly. She has also had to convince people to do hard things to achieve the best possible outcome, and has become comfortable with public speaking; qualities important for success in the legislature. She knows our community well and will make a difference as a positive voice for our district. From my experience of eight years in the legislature, I know she has the ability to represent us with dignity, intelligence, transparency, common sense and a compassionate heart.
