Cd'A's Heidi Poole crowned Mrs. Idaho America 2019
A Coeur d’Alene mom will represent Idaho at the Mrs. America Pageant next August in Las Vegas.
Heidi Poole, Mrs. Lake Coeur d’Alene, was crowned Mrs. Idaho America 2019 on Oct. 6 in Boise. Poole won a trip to the national competition and a $10,000 prize package.
Poole, 33, is office manager and controller for Coeur d’Alene Sheet Metal and Heating. She is married to Michael Poole and has two sons, Walker, 9, and Mason, 6.
Karyn Holt, Mrs. Kootenai County, was fourth runner-up.
The Mrs. Idaho America Competition recognizes Idaho’s married women and is the official state preliminary to the prestigious Mrs. America Pageant. Delegates must be of good moral character, married, at least 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen and a resident of Idaho. Areas of competition include personal interview (50 percent), physical fitness (25 percent) and evening wear (25 percent). Past contestants range in age from 19 to 60.
