PROP 2: It's your secret

The two-party system is killing responsible governance. If the Republicans like something, the Democrats hate it, and if the Democrats like something the Republicans hate it. Our elected officials feel they must toe the party line, and that kills all reasonable discussion about what is right for Idaho.

Medicaid expansion is right for Idaho. It will provide health care for 62,000 individuals — regardless of their political party. It will bring $400 million from Washington that will be spent in the Idaho economy. Idahoans will benefit economically — regardless of their party. It will not cost anyone in Idaho a single penny — regardless of political party.

When YOU vote, you have a luxury not given to our elected officials — the secret ballot. You can vote to expand Medicaid without scrutiny from political party, friend or neighbor. You can do the right thing for the people who need the expanded services. You can do the right thing for the Idaho economy and Idaho taxpayers. Vote yes on Medicaid Expansion.
