Brown, David J., 54, Hayden, possession of a simulated controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, $5,000.

Robinson, Michael J., 41, Hayden, probation violation, $5,000.

Lopez, Joseph A., 27, Post Falls, probation violation, $5,000.

Schell-Halverson, Dustin J., 25, Rathdrum, obstruction, $2,500.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
