ROADWORK: Thanks, and suggestions

The new paved portion of 95 is wonderful. Concerning Mica Hill, I am wondering why center cement barriers were not installed to keep people from crossing over the center and dying in a head-on crash. Also some signs stating it is a curve and it is icy. Perhaps a lower speed limit in that area. Just curious. Thanks for what they did do.
