Collins sought by crime task force

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Corey William Collins.

Collins is being sought on a warrant for parole violations for the original charges possession of controlled substances and violating a protection order.

Collins, 34, is a white male. He is 5-feet, 9-inches tall, weights 165 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair. Collins was most recently listed as living in Coeur d’Alene.

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force, consisting of members of the FBI, Idaho State Police, Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, Post Falls Police Department, Rathdrum Police Department, and the Idaho Department of Correction, is tasked with locating and apprehending violent fugitives charged with such crimes as homicide, bank robbery, robbery, kidnapping, rape / sexual assault, felonious assault, arson, drug trafficking, etc.
