Summary of Ordinance to Repeal and Rescind Bond Election, Ordinance No. 417, passed March 6, 2018. AN ORDINANCE TO RESCIND AND REPEAL BOND ELECTION ORDINANCE NO. 417 ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF ATHOL, KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE CALL OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL REVENUE BOND ELECTION TO FINANCE CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S WATER SYSTEM AND FACILITIES. Section 1. Rescinds and repeals Ordinance No. 417 adopted by the Council of the City of Athol, Idaho, on March 6, 2018, thereby withdrawing the call of a Special Municipal Revenue Bond Election to be held in the City on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 (the "Bond Election"). Section 2. Provides that the City Clerk shall promptly deliver a copy of Ordinance No. 418 (the "Ordinance") to the Clerk of Kootenai County, Idaho, to effect cancellation of the Bond Election. Section 3. Authorizes the proper officers of the City to do all things requisite and necessary to carry out the provisions of the Ordinance. Section 4. Provides that the Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication of this summary as required by law. Exhibit A: Sets forth this summary for publication.
