COLUMN: Heed own words

| March 7, 2018 12:00 AM

Larry Frei’s My Turn column on March 3 titled “A cure for what ails us” is interesting until the last three paragraphs where he confirms that he is a member (follower) of one of the very tribes he described in the second paragraph, and I quote: “their (my) tribe is in possession of infallible knowledge, and all others are either misled, dim-witted or demonic. From their questionable base, they spew forth words of vituperative malice in judgment of the perceived evils of other tribes.”

An apt description of the Christian tribe which has hundreds of minor tribes under its wings who can spew forth words of vituperative malice in judgment of the perceived evils of the other minor tribes. Further, “if you are devoted to one of these tribal sources, it would be wise to get a second opinion.” Good advice, do it!
