Following Friday’s editorial and Saturday’s Cameron column, it was interesting to note the expert’s wrap up in the Atlas Mill article.

“Plans…are meant to minimize the cost of infrastructure requirements and maximize development…to generate money. As money comes available, the city can amenitize that property.”

As they used to say on Laugh In, “Look that up in your Funk and Wagnalls.”

In fairness, the reporter did correctly attribute the mouthful.
