SPECTRUM: A digital devotee

| June 10, 2018 1:00 AM

Bill Brooks, you don’t know me, but I read your column in The Press always. This is just a quick note to let you know how using the new digital network with Spectrum has been good for me.

I purchased a Roku device a couple of years ago, and use it to watch movies. The Roku is part of the digital interface needed for Spectrum’s update. I have also used this Roku to watch pool player matches on my large screen TV. Another thing I have been able to view are self-help videos that are available on YouTube, including car repairs, tree pruning, etc. These I view in my living room on my large screen TV. This has been quite helpful. So, the future use of the digital change should be helpful to all.

Also, since changing to digital interface, I have been able to reduce my communication bill with Spectrum by nearly $40. In the future I hope to reduce this even more, as $124 is still paying too much.

An additional note, your column is sure helpful to us gullible 76-year-olds, as my wife reminds me. Thank you for your help.
