Alvin R. McDrummond, 80

Alvin R. McDrummond, age 80, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 29, 2018, at Bestland Senior Living in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

He was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, on Feb. 17, 1938, to Samuel Alvin and Osa (Larkins) McDrummond. He attended school in Craigmont, Idaho, where he met his beloved wife, Pamelia Belle Walker. They married on Oct. 9, 1958, and had three sons.

Alvin worked primarily in the sawmill industry and made friends easily. He was well loved by all.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years and is survived by his brother, Kenny (Linda); sons, Sam, Matt and Dan (Sara); 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 2 nieces.

A private graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Post Falls. Bell Tower Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
