Explosion ousted

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — Lake City High product Emma Gray singled, stole a base and scored a run in the first inning for the North Idaho-based USA Explosion in a 5-1 loss to the Hawks in a consolation game in the Platnium bracket of in the 18U Premier Girls Fastpitch Nationals at Fountain Valley Sports Complex on Wednesday.

Jalyssa Beamer also singled for the Explosion.
