Kupka, Nicodemus A., 22, Great Falls, Mont., possession of a controlled substance, $100,000.

Winter, Russell J., 31, Spokane, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $50,000.

Campbell, Michael A., 71, Yakima, trafficking in marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $50,00.

MISDEMEANORS

Munson, George E., 57, Post Falls, probation violation, $5,000.

Gaily, Damian J., 31, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation, $25,000.

Clapper, Paul P. Jr., 36, Hayden, violation of a protection order, $5,000.

Kurtz, Joshua M., 36, Post Falls, battery, $5,000.

Skolrud, Zachary G., 28, Post Falls, criminal contempt, $5,000.

Bauer, Bethany C., 26, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation, $10,000.
