Closure on west Hayden Avenue

HAYDEN — The city of Hayden announced Wednesday that west Hayden Avenue is closed from north Huetter Road to north Atlas Road for the extension of sewer and water lines across the roadway. Because the sewer lines are 30 feet underground, the road will be closed for up to two weeks, said city officials, in a news release.

Drivers should plan to use alternate routes during the project.

Other road construction projects on west Prairie Avenue will also impact traffic during this time, including a fog seal on west Prairie from north Atlas Road to U.S. 95, and a closure on west Prairie Avenue from north Meyer Road to Highway 41 to repair and pave a railroad crossing.
