Bayley, a former Lakeland High and Washington State standout, shot a 5-under-par 66 to win the 31st Rosauers Open Invitational on Sunday at Indian Canyon. It was his second win at the tournament, also winning in 2016 at MeadowWood in Liberty Lake. “This was a little more pressure-packed,” said Bayley, who won going away two years ago. “I didn’t play perfect today, but I played good enough to get it done.”
