Vikki P. Moormann, 72

Vikki P. Moormann, 72, lost her battle with cancer on July 13, 2018. Vikki was born to Victor Lamb and Patricia Bilberg on Oct. 1, 1946, in Spokane, Wash. Vikki married Donald Moormann on May 29, 1976, at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Coeur d’Alene. She retired in 2010 after 36 years of teaching English at Coeur d’Alene High School. Vikki also co-authored three murder mystery books.

Vikki was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Coeur d’Alene. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ryen and Annette Moormann of Coeur d’Alene; granddaughters, Kayla, Kendall and Kelsey Best; and great-grandsons, Castiel, Carson and Bhodi.

Memorials may be made to St. Thomas Catholic Church, 919 E. Indiana Ave., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814. Memorial Mass will be at 1 p.m., July 27, 2018, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 919 E. Indiana Ave., Coeur d’Alene. Inurnment will follow the service at St. Thomas Cemetery, 115 S. 23rd St., Coeur d’Alene. Reception will follow the graveside ceremony at St. Thomas Parish Center, 406 N. 10th, Coeur d’Alene.
