Carlson wins scholarship

The National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced Monday that Creighton University has awarded Hauser resident and Gonzaga Prep student Faith M. Carlson a National Merit Creighton University Scholarship.

Carlson intends to study dentistry. Creighton University is a Jesuit Catholic University headquartered in Omaha, Neb.
