Joe went to his annual doctor’s appointment.

“Joe,” the doctor said, “I think you may be a homicidal maniac.”

“Me?” asked Joe. “Why would you say something like that?”

“Joe, what is the one thing you hate most in this world?”

“Doctor, I really, really hate large medical bills.”

“Oh…I see…five cents, please.”
