BREWFEST: Unhappy customers

OK, did anyone else feel totally gouged by the exorbitant price for the Brewfest down at McEuen Park on Saturday put on by the Downtown Association? For $25, you got six small tastes and a tiny keepsake plastic cup (which we tossed), and usually an inch of foam with each pour, so you really got about 3 ounces with each pour. Wow, what a ripoff!

Last summer we attended the Brewfest in Sandpoint. We paid just $10 for the same amount of tasting tickets, which was very fair. They ALSO provided a beautiful setting by the lake with live music! Guess we won’t be attending anymore Brewfests in Coeur d’Alene. Not worth the price at all.
