DIVIDED: And doomed

Pick a subject, any subject; immigration, abortion, gay rights, same-sex marriage, Second Amendment, school shootings, mass shootings, affirmative action, gerrymandering, secure our borders, police brutality, global warming, family separations, celebrity suicides, hot war, cold war, trade war, culture war, race war — so many choices, just one drama after another. And we brought it all on ourselves.

We are so divided, it says so in the Bible (Mark 3:24) (Matthew 12:25) “A house divided cannot stand.” So what the hell does that mean? A house, a home, a family, a neighborhood, a community, a town, a city, a state, a country, a kingdom, a nation…

The United States is going down. It’s only a matter of time AND there’s not a damn thing anybody can do to stop it!
