HILLSBORO, Ore. — Curtis Terry hit his eighth home run of the season, a two-run shot in the top of the sixth inning for Spokane, but an RBI groundout by Ryan Tufts in the bottom of the sixth sent the Hillsboro Hops past the Indians 4-3 in Northwest League baseball in front of 5,506 at Ron Tonkin Field on Tuesday.

Hans Crouse struck out seven over 5 1/3 innings for Spokane (6-13), which left four runners on base. The Indians have lost six straight games.

Spokane returns home to open a three-game series with Tri-City at Avista Stadium tonight at 6:30.
