Wiltse to lead North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation

The North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation announced Tabitha Wiltse is its new executive director. Wiltse formerly served as gift officer for Children’s Village in Coeur d’Alene.

A North Idaho native, Wiltse attended Rocky Mountain College and Lewis Clark State College. Her nonprofit work includes the Boys and Girls Club in Clarkson, Wash., and Billings, Mont. Wiltse has been responsible for fundraising and donor relations at Children’s Village.

Doug Eastwood, the foundation’s board chair, said the board is excited to have Wiltse’s talents and community connections to lead the organization.

“Tabitha has the proven ability and experience that we need to take the NICTF to the next level,” he said, adding that membership and business donations are key to maintaining and promoting expansion of the Centennial Trail.

In addition to Wiltse’s nonprofit work, she is a consultant for a variety of small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Wiltse is an avid Centennial Trail user, often seen running or cycling along the trail.
