While it makes sense considering the location, the Parkside Bungalows development has proven to be one of the most in-demand neighborhoods this season at the Dover Bay Waterfront Community.

The remaining waterfront property includes a two-car garage. Mountain view homes include a covered carport. Prices range from $199,000 to $415,000.
All Parkside Bungalow homes come fully landscaped with a sprinkler system. Entertaining is easy with spacious decks for outdoor relaxation. The units also include all appliances, gas fireplaces, gas forced air heating and air conditioning and more, and buyers can select their own finishes and colors throughout the home.
With a quiet lifestyle surrounded by nature, Dover Bay has also opted to make the Parkside Bungalows a low-maintenance residency. HOA fees are $285/month and include lawn care, snow removal, water, sewer and other amenities.
