Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty announced the appointment of Rob Brickett as general manager for the North Idaho-based real estate brokerage.

Brickett has been associated with the company for 20 years in residential sales. His primary responsibility for the last 10 years has been management of Coldwell Banker’s Greenstone Homes sales account and team of 15 associates. The Spokane-based builder currently constructs homes in 10 projects in North Idaho and eastern Washington and is consistently the Inland Empire’s largest builder and developer.

Brickett’s new responsibilities include day-to-day operations, recruiting, training, and management of Coldwell Banker’s residential and commercial brokerage operations.

The company employs approximately 250 associates who sell residential resales, luxury homes, new construction, condominiums, waterfrontage, farm, land, commercial, industrial and investment properties. The company operates from three office locations in Coeur d’Alene, including 1924 Northwest Blvd., the corner of Sherman Avenue and Second Street downtown, and a commercial office at 2000 Northwest Blvd. Schneidmiller Realty is licensed in Idaho, Washington and Montana and has been engaged in North Idaho real estate sales for more than 30 years.

“Rob has been a loyal and consistent team player with our firm. He is highly respected by his fellow Coldwell Banker agents. His addition to our management staff will help further expand services to our agent team as well as enhancing our growing dominance of the marketplace,” said Mark Johnson, Coldwell Banker CEO.

Brickett has served the real estate community in a variety of ways, including as past president of the Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Service and as a state director for the Idaho Association of Realtors.

“I am personally excited to make this announcement. Rob brings the highest of ethical standards to our company with an incredible work ethic. He understands completely our philosophy of support for our agents and our community,” said Coldwell Banker Broker Gary Schneidmiller.
