PUBLIC NOTICE The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare's HIV, STD and Hepatitis Section is offering funding for one (1) subgrant award to implement system-level policy change within their health setting aimed at increasing screening and detection of hepatitis C (HCV) among the baby boomer population, and link newly diagnosed patients with HCV to medical care in Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai and Shoshone counties of Idaho over a three-year period. The total funding level is $53,850 for the project period of June 1, 2018 - October 31, 2020.
