Clark, a 6-foot, 185-pound senior running back, had 36 carries for 287 yards and three touchdowns as the Timberwolves beat the East Valley Knights 24-20 on Friday night at Lake City High. “None of those yards could be gained without the effort of the offensive line,” Lake City coach Bryce Erickson said. “Grant ran his butt off tonight, and I’m just really proud of him. We had some good leadership from our seniors in practice, and it reflected in the game.”
