Grove leads Pacific Northwest PGA Professional Championship
WORLEY — North Idaho College golf coach Russell Grove leads the Pacific Northwest PGA Professional Championship by one stroke, finishing 10-under Par at 67-67—134 after the second round.
Grove leads 2007 champion Brian Thornton of Meridian Valley Country Club in Kent, Wash., and Jerrel Grow of Pronghorn Golf Club in Bend, Ore.
The tournament, which includes 120 players, concludes today. It is a 54-hole, no cut competition with the top seven professionals advancing to the PGA Professional Championship at Bayonet Black Course in Seaside, Calif., June 17-20, 2018.
