The 6-foot-1 senior outside hitter totaled 29 kills, 11 digs and three aces as the visiting Hawks rallied from two sets down to beat the Sandpoint Bulldogs 28-30, 29-31, 25-16, 25-22, 15-7 in 4A Inland Empire League volleyball play last Thursday. It was Lakeland’s first victory over Sandpoint in volleyball since the 2005 season. “Last year we put a lot of weight on her shoulders; she was doing everything for us,” Lakeland coach Adriano de Souza said just prior to the season. “This year we got her some help.”
