WALL: Not taxpayer problem

I have a suggestion for President Trump on how to pay for the border wall. If the millionaires and billionaires who pay little or no taxes (including himself) would donate money, it could be built without the average taxpayer being billed.

They could even have it named after them and their names on it. It would be good advertisement for them. The taxpayers are getting fed up with their greed.
