TRAFFIC: Needlessly nasty

I work at a campground on I-90. I travel from Northwest Boulevard to Exit 22 four days a week. Last Saturday, of all days, the freeway was narrowed from Sherman to Blue Creek. So, all weekend long, the bottleneck this created was horrific.

Meanwhile, no construction was going on in that 5-6 miles, until Tuesday. None. I want to know who the person was who decided to narrow this road the day before a MAJOR holiday weekend? So unnecessary and what an inconvenience to travelers. Poor choice.
