Kelso receives

certification

as CFP

Morgan Stanley recently announced that Scarlet Kelso, a financial advisor and certified divorce financial analyst in the firm’s Wealth Management office in Coeur d Alene, has been awarded the CFP certification.

Kelso has worked at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since 2013. In addition to providing financial planning services, she provides a variety of other advisory and non-advisory financial services, including brokerage services, to clients who seek such services.

The CFP designation identifies those individuals who have met the experience and ethical requirements, have successfully completed financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP certification examination covering the following areas: financial planning, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. CFP certificants must also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold the Certified Planner Board of Standards Inc.’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and Financial Planning Practice Standards.

Ziegler joins Keller Williams Cd’A

Ben Ziegler has recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene. Prior to real estate, Ziegler has worked as a software developer for a variety of companies. He has a degree in information technology from ITT Technical Institute. He has been a coach for the Coeur d’Alene Junior Tackle youth football program.

Ban joins Windermere Cd’A

Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty recently announce the addition of sales associate Jared Ban to its Post Falls office.

Ban joins Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty after serving in the U.S. Navy as a construction electrician in which he mastered the abilities to construct, operate and service electrical equipment and systems required for combat, disaster preparation and recovery operations. After his military career was complete he entered the business of shutdown/turnaround refinery work as a journeyman pipefitter. After 16 years of being on the road he changed his career path and started selling real estate to satiate a passion for serving and guiding others.
