Kootenai takes two at Kellogg

KELLOGG — Madison Napierala had 14 kills and five digs as the Kootenai Warriors beat the Kellogg JV 25-10, 25-17, then topped Genesis Prep 25-14, 15-25, 15-12 in a nonleague tri-match on Wednesday at Andrews Gymnasium.
Brittney Larson had 22 assists, five digs and two aces and Courtney Lamb six digs for Kootenai (2-1), which faces Coeur d’Alene Charter tonight at Holy Family Catholic School.

Due to smoke in the area, 5A Inland Empire League soccer matches featuring Lewiston at Lake City (boys) and Lake City at Lewiston (girls) were postponed due to hazerdous air quality.
Makeup dates were not announced.

The Moscow-Timberlake game, previously scheduled for tonight at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow, has been moved back to Spirit Lake on Friday — with kickoff slated for 7 p.m.
