Thomas wanted by authorities for probation violation

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Nicholace Cane-Scott Thomas.

Thomas is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging Thomas with a probation violation for burglary, possession of a controlled substance violation, grand theft and misdemeanor battery. This is a no-bond warrant with United States extradition.

Thomas, 21, is a 6-foot-2, 195-pound white male with blue eyes and brown hair. Thomas was last known to be living in Post Falls.

The NIVCTF — consisting of members of the FBI, Idaho State Police, Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, Coeur d’Alene Police Department, Post Falls Police Department, Idaho Department of Correction and Bonner County Sheriff’s Office — is tasked with locating and apprehending violent fugitives charged with such crimes as homicide, bank robbery, robbery, kidnapping, rape / sexual assault, felonious assault, arson and drug trafficking.
