City of St. Maries Request for Qualifications Water and Wastewater Engineering Services Submission required by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at St. Maries City Hall. The City of St. Maries, located in Benewah County, Idaho is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering firms interested in providing engineering services for water and wastewater system and facility improvements and regulatory compliance for the City. Anticipated services include facility planning, environmental document preparation, preliminary engineering reports, plans and specifications, bidding coordination and construction management for City drinking water and wastewater systems with approval of the relevant funding and regulatory agencies; preparation and filing of federal or state reports and permits which may be required by the City; assisting in compliance with federal and state drinking water and wastewater regulatory requirements.
