ANDRUS: A fitting tribute

Back in the 1970s, Boise still had a small town feel. The lunch counter in Moon’s Gun and Tackle Shop was one of my favorites for lunch. It was not uncommon to see Governor Andrus and his group eating there sans any fuss or bother.

RIP Governor. You were indeed one of the people.
