Sanders-Armstrong

On Sept. 1, 2017, two people who met at Taps on Schweitzer Mountain on Dec. 27, 2014, are getting married. Lauren Sanders and Dylan Armstrong are officially off the market. The two are getting hitched at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Coeur d’Alene.

Their parents, Jack and Kelly Armstrong and Bill and Chris Sanders, are hereby releasing all financial interest.

Anna Jo Kelley Austin

92nd Birthday

Anna Jo Kelley Austin, of Rathdrum, turned 92 on Aug. 31, 2017.

She was married for 67 years to Gene, a 20-year aviator in the Air Force, and she then taught 3,000 students in Kellogg before retiring in 1986.

Anna has six kids, Tom (Chris) Austin of San Jose, Calif., Beth (Ed) Hatcher of Coeur d’Alene, Dan (Linda) Austin of Spokane Valley, John (Deena) Austin of Harrison, Susie (Wayne) Morrison of Rathdrum and Patty (Jimmy) of Hayden Lake. She also has 26 grandkids and 26 great-grandkids.
