The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received 378 calls for service between 6 a.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 29, and 5:59 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1.

All individuals listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

INCIDENTS

A diamond ring, an emerald ring and a gold necklace with an estimated total value of $5,550 were reported stolen in the 10200 block of E. Duce Road in Athol

An estimated $900 of damage to a camper trailer was reported in the 14900 block of S. Asbury Road in Harrison

A previously stolen black Chevrolet S-10 was recovered near the intersection of N. Clagstone Road and N. Wandering Moose Trail in Athol

Mail with an estimated total value of $100 was reported stolen in the 800 block of S. Pleasant View Road in Post Falls. The stolen mail contained a check which was recovered.

An Amazon gift card with an estimated value of $900 was reported stolen in the 8000 block of E. Howard Road in Athol

A window with an estimated value of $200 was reported damaged in the 3200 block of E. Hayden Lake Road in Hayden

Well wiring with an estimated value of $5,000 was reported damaged in the 600 block of S. Kirsebom Lane in Post Falls

$114 in cash was reported stolen and recovered at a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden. Christopher M. Shennar Sr., 41, was arrested for burglary, and Nichole J. Downs, 40, was arrested for burglary, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the scene.

April N. Hutchinson, 24, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Matthew R. Estes, 34, was cited for driving without privileges and possession of marijuana in the 4200 block of W. Expo Parkway in Post Falls.

Gene A. Butler, 28, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 4400 block of W. Fairway Drive in Coeur d’Alene

Beau C. MacDonald, 19, was arrested on a warrant in the 8300 block of N. Government Way in Hayden

Roy E. Riddle, 75, was cited for possession of marijuana in the 700 block of N. Highway 41 in Post Falls

A violation of a protection order was reported in the 1100 block of S. Goldrush Road in Coeur d’Alene

A battery was reported in the 9200 block of N. Ramsey Road in Hayden

Michael B. Tolliver, 35, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of N. Spokane Street and Interstate 90 in Post Falls

Constance S. Williams, 34, was arrested for three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without privileges and an outstanding warrant near the intersection of E. Coeur d’Alene Avenue and N. Greensferry Road in Post Falls. Charlye A. Shaw, 31, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and Alexin F. Clark, 24, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the same location.

Samuel M. Brummer, 24, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges near the intersection of N. Highway 41 and E. Mullan Avenue in Post Falls

William P. McBride, 54, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges near the intersection of S. Third Street and W. First Street in Worley

Kyle L. Jones, 29, was arrested on a warrant in the 1800 block of W. Legends Parkway in Coeur d’Alene

Michael P. Rullman, 54, was arrested for driving under the influence near the intersection of N Meyer Road and W. Wyoming Avenue in Rathdrum

Victor R. Smith, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence near the intersection of N. Chase Road and W. Seltice Way in Post Falls
