PUNISHMENT: A head's up

I have an idea to possibly deter terrorists, jihadists, extremists and other two-legged jackals bent on killing innocent people.

Bring back the guillotine! There could be a global live TV showing before the hourly news to carry out the task of beheading the guilty.

Also when the head comes off, have another terrorist catch it, and quickly turn around so the “cleaved” can look down his own throat (he will see no virgins).

I believe this head turning was actually done during the guillotine era.

These anarchists will get this message from the modern world that it will not be a pleasant experience for them to look forward to.
