GOODMAN: On the child's side

I would like to give credit where credit is due. Here’s to you, Mrs. Carol Goodman! When SD No. 271 neglected to re-enroll my second-grader, and their administration refused to answer my questions or help me understand why, you answered my prayers. You went above and beyond to make sure my child had a school to attend (even though we were out of district) and went one step further and made sure he had bus service!

My family and I cannot express our gratitude enough; my son is thriving in his new school, the Post Falls Administration is TOP NOTCH and Kathy Baker is a true gem.

So here’s to you, Mrs. Carol Goodman. We thank you so very much for understanding our concerns, being on our child’s side during this transition, and for just being outstanding on the Post Falls School District Board. I hope someday that I can meet you in person and truly show you our gratitude.
