FELONIES Brown, Cheri R., 61, Spirit Lake, probation violation, no bond.

Celesetine, Wesley D., 27, Boise, attempted robbery, burglary, and aggravated battery, $75,000.

Poppe, Mark R., 50, Spokane Valley, probation violation, no bond.

Richards, Shanon L., 31, Spokane, burglary, grand theft, and forgery, $50,000.

Sentiveanu, Daniel N., 38, Woodinville, Wash., burglary, grand theft, and conspiracy to commit burglary, $50,000.

MISDEMEANORS Clark, Thomas J., 35, Post Falls, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, $2,000.

Ferra, Melissa D., 30, Post Falls, paraphernalia, $3,000.

Hoppe, Ryan S., 43, Priest River, invalid driver’s license, failure to carry insurance, $3,000.

Jenkins, Graham L., 30, Post Falls, driving without privileges, $1,000.

Likkel, Dwayne K., 44, St. Maries, assault, $1,000.

Petticolas, Joseph P., 36, Hayden, driving without privileges and paraphernalia, $3,000.

Rodriquez, Orlando C., 54, Burley, driving without privileges, $5,000.

Running-Wolf, Ana S., 27, Coeur d'Alene, possession of paraphernalia, $1,000.

Schwerin, Stephanie M., 31, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, $2,000.

Sisson, Mitchell N., 32, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, $10,000.

Spinellie, Carolyn V., 54, Spirit Lake, battery, $500.

Sterling, Robert K., 24, Post Falls, open container and paraphernalia, $2,500.

Story, Mischelle R., 47, Coeur d'Alene, petit theft, $2,000.

Waters, Desi L., 38, Coeur d'Alene, possession of a controlled substance, $500.

Wilhour, Skyler N., 33, Post Falls, driving without privileges, $500.

Kootenai County currently has over 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
