FELONIES

Guitron, Lamberto M., 46, Spokane, rape, bond set at $75,000.

Landreth, Richard J., 69, Coeur d’Alene, failure to register as a sex offender, $75,000.

Taylor, Nathaniel J., 27, Post Falls, grand theft/burglary, $50,000.

Dimond, Nathaniel A., 22, Kalispell, Mont., lewd conduct with a minor under 16, $50,000.

Fesmire, William E., 25, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, habitual offender, $50,000.

MISDEMENORS

Aamodt, Justin M., 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear to sheriff’s labor program, four days jail.

Cosbey, Lyn E., 76, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $5,000.

Howard, John J., 51, Coeur d’Alene, driving without priviledges, $1,000.

Lorton, John N., 40, Post Falls, malicious injury to property, $2,000.

Machurick, Steven J., Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for jail, 20 days in jail.

Moore, Jesse A., 38, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery/domestic assualt, $10,000.

Moose, Jack T., 59, Spirit Lake, probation violation for driving under the influence, $10,000.

Ong, Tyler J., 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for jail, two days in jail.

Olsen, Ryan G., 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for inattentive driving, $2,000.

Peterson, Subreana E., 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for sheriff’s labor program, four days jail.

Plato, Anthony A., 29, Hayden, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, $10,000.

Pucci, Adam J., 45, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for driving under the influence, $20,000.

Reed, Casey L., 27, Post Falls, failure to appear for hearing, $500.

Valenti, Janine A., 47, Spirit Lake, failure to appear for hearing, $5,000.

Quimby, Adrien K., 38, Hayden, invalid driver’s license, $400.

Kootenai County currently has over 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
