TRUMP: Think this over

George Will’s “Trump Has a Dangerous Disability,” May 3, Washington Post, is spot on about the problem with the Donald’s presidency.

Will states, “It’s urgent for Americans to think and speak clearly about President Trump’s inability to do either.” “Trump does not know what it is to know something,” apparently suggesting our president is not able to think.

Again Will states, “Trump’s sentences don’t parse, his pronouns float around looking for antecedents, he’s not capable of sequential thought.”

Jon Meacham echoes, “Trump’s brain is more like a pinball machine. He’s just this steel ball that hits something, the bells go off and then he bounces off and hits something else.”

Add to this a lack of knowledge of American history, “a basic unfamiliarity with our past and with our present,” Will says.

Will calls for a “public quarantine” of Trump’s presidency because our decider is unthinking, incoherent, unpredictable and dangerous.
