CITYLINK: Don't tolerate hatred

| May 3, 2017 1:00 AM

Brent Regan and the KCRCC’s war on public buses and thus, on the area low income, aged and disabled population, has been evidenced by the comments his establishment cronies have posted on the stories written about the transit center and about public bus systems.

I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt when he made his racist comments in the past, but his war on the poor and the support of buddies like Bjorn Handeen and Sam Ross and Barry Sellers (their comments on the April 14 article made me sick) just show that out of the abundance of the heart his mouth spoke.

Do these hateful, spiteful people really represent Republicans? Not me. I am extremely conservative but I also believe that we should take care of those less fortunate than us. I guess these guys just want to take from society and never give anything back.

Anyone aligned with them, including Marc Eberlein, will definitely not have my vote.

Republicans are not represented by these hateful power seekers. We are conservatives who love our country, love our families, serve the poor and orphans, and who don’t step on the backs of others to gain power and wealth.

The KCRCC should be ashamed and kick these people out before the next election. There is no room for hate mongers in the Republican Party.
