Sheriff's Log

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received 326 calls for service between 6 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, and 5:59 a.m. Friday, March 24.

All individuals listed are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

INCIDENTS

A silver 2006 Ford Escape, Husky tool kit, Superflow air compressor, clothing, Craftsman drill and Pittsburgh Pro hammer with an estimated total value of $3,300 were reported stolen in the 15600 block of N. Smith Avenue in Hauser Lake. The air compressor, clothing, drill and hammer were recovered.

A vehicle’s paint with an estimated value of $300 was reported damaged in the 5000 block of E. St. Anthonys Lane in Post Falls

Various merchandise with an estimated total value of $90 was reported stolen and recovered from a business in the 200 block of W. Hayden Avenue in Hayden

Money with an unknown value was reported stolen as the result of a Dish Network scam in the 7200 block of W. Mahogany Road in Coeur d’Alene

Trespassing was reported and a warning was issued in the 32600 block of N. Red Dell Loop in Athol

Trespassing was reported near the intersection of W. Highway 53 and N. Old Highway 95

Steven T. Hayes, 43, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of N. Atlas Road and W. Wilbur Avenue in Coeur d’Alene

Forgery was reported in the 200 block of W. Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden

Trevor A. Masters, 24, was arrested on a warrant in the 300 block of W. Seltice Way in Post Falls

Tami L. Dion, 57, was arrested on a warrant in the 3800 block of W. Riverbend Avenue in Post Falls

A battery was reported in the 4400 block of E. Woodland Drive in Post Falls

Bryceon Z. Anderson, 30, was arrested for driving without privileges and resisting or obstructing law enforcement near the intersection of Third Avenue and N. Ross Point Road in Post Falls

Dustin M. Messick, 40, was arrested for driving without privileges near the intersection of N. Old Highway 95 and E. Highway 54 in Athol

Kyle J. King, 30, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of S. Fairmont Loop and S. Highway 95 in Coeur d’Alene

Robert T. McGregor, 26, was arrested on a warrant near the intersection of Ross Point Road and E. Pine Villa Drive in Post Falls

Dylan L. Scott, 20, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of N. Government Way and E. Wyoming Avenue in Hayden

Shawn D. Porta, 30, was arrested for driving under the influence, hit and run and driving without privileges in the 5400 block of E. Highway 54 in Athol
