The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received 115 calls for service between 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 21, and 5:59 a.m. Wednesday, March 22.

All individuals listed are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

INCIDENTS

Benjamin L. Lingard, 35, was arrested for stealing a Jam Bluetooth speaker with an estimated value of $22 from a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden. The speaker was recovered. Lingard was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and introduction of contraband into detention facility.

A Pacific laser level with an estimated value of $500 was reported stolen in the 900 block of W. Kyler Avenue in Hayden

A white 1991 Isuzu pickup truck with an estimated value of $1,300 was reported stolen in the 26900 block of W. Highway 53 in Hauser Lake

A lock with an estimated value of $20 was reported damaged in the 2400 block of W. Seltice Way in Post Falls

An individual claiming to be from a security alarm company attempted to gain access to a home in the 8200 block of N. Summerfield Loop in Hayden

Illegal dumping or littering was reported near the intersection of W. Prairie Avenue and N. McGuire Road in Post Falls

Kevin D. Cheatham, 23, was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of E. Wyoming Avenue in Hayden

Joseph A. Linton, 20, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden

Wendy L. Chatterton, 31, and Jacob C. Justice, 35, were arrested on warrants in the 2900 block of E. Mullan Avenue in Post Falls

Sherry A. Sauser, 48, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 7200 block of W. Seltice Way in Post Falls

A battery was reported in the 100 block of E. Maryanna Lane in Hayden

Morgan D. Willms, 20, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of E. Seltice Way and N. Bay Street in Post Falls
